Google X Cease and Desist

Looks the the Google X clones are starting to receive cease and desist letters from Google.

Looks like GoogleX re-surfaced

Some are not worried about infriging Google's and Apple's trademarks:

Ambedo ready for beta?

I'm using the site as my homepage now and it works well. Is the site ready for beta release and a few visitors other than myself?
